Can I use the generated variants commercially?

Yes! You retain full rights to your original content and all generated variants. Use them anywhere, including commercial advertising.

What happens if I violate the terms?

We may suspend or terminate your account. We'll notify you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

Do you offer refunds?

Credits are non-refundable once used, but we offer refunds for technical issues or at our discretion. Contact support for assistance.

How do you handle disputes?

We aim to resolve issues amicably. For billing disputes, contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using Variantly, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use our service. These terms apply to all users of our Meta Ads variant generation platform.

2. Our Service

We provide AI-powered image processing to create Meta Ads variants. Using Google Gemini AI, we intelligently adapt your images for different aspect ratios while preserving visual quality.

3. User Responsibilities

You must:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service legally and responsibly
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow Meta's advertising guidelines

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate Meta's advertising policies
• Generate spam or misleading advertisements
• Reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use automated tools without permission

5. Content Ownership

You own your original images and all generated variants. We grant you a license to use them commercially. We require only a limited license to process your images for providing our service.

6. Payment & Credits

Our service uses a credit system. Free accounts get 3 credits. Additional credits are available for purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits expire after 1 year of inactivity.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or update features with reasonable notice. Service outages don't entitle users to refunds unless prolonged (more than 24 hours).

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement. We'll provide notice for material changes. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
